Open Gmail on the computer and login into the account with correct login credentials.
Click on the Gear icon on the top-right and then click on ‘Settings’.
Click on the ‘Settings’ option and then select the ‘Forwarding and POP/IMAP’ tab.
Click ‘Add a forwarding address’ in the ‘Forwarding’ section and enter the email address you want to forward to.
Click on ‘Next’, then ‘Proceed’ and finally click ‘OK’.
A verification message will be sent to that address. Click the link on that message.
Now go back to the settings page for the Gmail account to be forwarded and refresh the browser.
Also, select the option ‘Forward a copy of incoming mail to’.
Now select what the user wants to happen with the copy of your emails and we recommend to keep the Gmail’s copy in the Inbox.
Click ‘Save Changes’ at the bottom of the page.
